Invited speakers

Each speaker gets a personal link to upload their deck, with reminders that stop when it arrives. No accounts, no passwords and no shared drive.

Slide review and approval

Reviewers for the whole meeting, a track or one talk, with up to three revise-and-resubmit rounds. Approved files are locked against replacement.

Show day in the room

Approved decks reach the room computers ahead of time and are kept on the machine. Your crew launches each talk from the portal or a phone.

Signs and the agenda

Room signs and agenda boards follow the program, and the attendee app carries the agenda at your meeting's own address.

A speaker's day, from upload to the room

Follow one speaker through real screens: their personal link, their upload, the review of their slides, and the talk ready on the room computer.

1. The speaker's own page

The speaker follows their personal link, with no account and no password, to a page with their talk, its time and room, and whether their files are in.

2. Their deck, uploaded and reviewed

The speaker uploads their slides here. Every version is kept, and the outcome of the review shows at the top.

3. Slides reviewed before they are shown

The organizer sees every talk's review status, reviews and round. An approved file is locked against replacement.

4. Ready in the room

The approved deck is already on the room computer, checked, before the session starts. The crew launches it from here or from a phone.
