Follow one abstract from submission to the room sign

1. The call for abstracts opens

The call has a public page: the presentation formats, what an abstract includes and when it closes. Authors submit with an emailed sign-in code, no account needed.

2. Authors sign in with a code

Authors, reviewers and speakers enter their email and get a one-time code. Nobody creates a password.

3. Reviewers score it

A reviewer opens the abstract from their queue and scores it against the event's questionnaire. A conflict of interest is declared in one click.

4. The committee decides

Scores and recommendations come together for selection. The committee decides, notifies the authors in one batch and converts the accepted abstracts into presentations.

5. It goes on the program

Converted abstracts wait as presentations beside the agenda grid. Drag one onto a session to place it. Times are the venue's own.

6. The speaker follows a personal link

The speaker arrives through their personal link, no password, and sees what is due: their talks, their deadlines and where to upload slides.

7. The sign outside the room

Beacon shows what is on in Hall 2C now, from the same program. Change the schedule and the door updates itself.

Speaker Ready, the reception desk and the room computers run from the same record as the program. Use the stations your event needs.
